Our babysitter service is second to none. Elite Family Care offers as-needed nannies and babysitters for local and vacationing families. Elite Family Care takes away all of the stress of sorting through potential babysitters. We interview all sitters on the phone and in person, call references, make sure they hold current CPR and First Aid Certifications, and background screen them. Our ELITE nannies/sitters are matched based on the ages of your children. They will be wearing our purple Elite shirts, a photo ID badge, and carrying an activity bag with books, arts and crafts, games, and other age appropriate activities. Swimming and outdoor activities are permitted with signed consent forms.
Many babysitting services send sitters to your home before they screen them. At Elite Family Care we only send babysitters who have been screened first. Our screening company is Ask the Seal. The seal of security and confidence provides peace of mind. Our Screening Process

Debra has over twenty years of experience in corporate America as a business executive working with Fortune 500 companies. Her professional background serves her well doing what she does best: offering outstanding customer care and providing quality caregivers to local families as well as visiting families in the Southwest Florida area.
